We strive to be certain our web site is accurate, both in word and in pictures. But, with manufacturers constantly improving and modifying products, some details may change. We reserve the right to accommodate these changes and to correct any errors that may inadvertently appear. All of our products are intended for adult use only. Check your local ordinances before ordering any items from this site.

OUT-OF-STOCK

We can not back-order items. As the manufactures do not give production schedules, product ETA is unknown. Therefore, orders cannot be placed until it is available to ship.

PRICES

Many factors go into setting our prices. Our goal is to offer you the best products, service & knowledge at the lowest possible price. Prices may change as products sell out and are re-supplied. Your understanding is appreciated when stock is sold-out and replaced with higher cost items. We are not bound to honor typographical errors on prices or descriptions.

SALES TAX

All Sales and deliveries are done in store in person "ONLY". Therefore "ALL" sales are subject to Washington State sales tax, Regardless of what state customer resides in.

PAYMENT

All sales are done in-store only. Bear Arms, Inc. accepts Cash, Pin Debit and the following credit cards: Visa & MasterCard. We Do NOT accept checks of any form or type. All Visa or MasterCard refunds will be refunded at the cash price.

RETURN POLICY

FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, CLEARANCE, CLOSEOUT, & REDUCED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES FOR ALL CANCELED OR DENIED TRANSACTIONS. ALL REFUNDS ARE DONE IN STORE AND ONLY WITH THE PERSON WHOM INITIATED THE TRANSACTION.

WARRANTIES

Bear Arms Inc. is not a warranty repair station, and therefore BEAR ARMS INC. MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, manufacturer's and are as contained in each manufacture's package. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacture's to avoid delays.

ALL USED FIREARMS OR OTHER USED MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS, AND NO WARRANTIES OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO USED FIREARMS. Purchasers of used firearms are urged to contact the manufacturer's for a firearms owner's manual for such firearms.

INSURANCE

Bear Arms Inc. has neither hold harmless agreements with manufacturer's or liability insurance to protect itself against product liability claims and litigation that may arise from products it distributes. You may NOT rely on such insurance agreements that Bear Arms Inc. may have with any of its insurers or manufacturuer's as protection against claims or litigation.

We only sell to Washington residents (In-Person) with valid WA ID or License and that meet the age restrictions put worth for corresponding items.

CONFIDENTIALITY

It is Bear Arms, Inc. policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and email address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, it is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. For example, when placing online orders, the personal information you provide will be used to process your order.

Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as sending the products you order to your local dealer, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

We can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but no the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by Bear Arms, Inc. technical support staff.
